“What if the stress you’ve been pushing through… is quietly costing you more than you realize?”

You’ve been holding it together for a long time.
Showing up. Meeting expectations. Holding it down at work. Holding it up at home.

And maybe no one else knows just how hard you’re working to keep everything from crashing.
Because from the outside, it looks like you’re managing. Thriving, even.

But inside… you’re tired.
You’re stretched.
You’ve built something that others admire.

You’re carrying so much—but without enough room to rest, reflect, or realign.

You’re quietly wondering how long you can keep carrying it all.

And now, you’ve just seen your score from the Work Habit Check-In.

If it landed higher than you expected, you might be feeling a mix of surprise, concern… maybe even resistance.
“That can’t be right… I’m just in a busy season… I’m fine.”

This video isn’t here to diagnose you or label you.
It’s here to help you slow down long enough to ask:
What is this stress actually costing me?

If you’ll stay with me for the next few minutes, we’ll walk through what your results might be revealing—about your body, your mind, your relationships, and your spirit.

There is a better way to work, lead, and live—and this might be the first step toward it.

In this video, you’ll learn what your high score might actually be signaling, what it’s quietly costing you, and how to take the first step toward a healthier rhythm.

Hi, I’m Sharon from Whispering Fields Wellness. I’ve been in your shoes. I know what it’s like to carry so much responsibility, to care deeply about your work, to feel needed—and yet feel like it’s all quietly taking a toll and draining you.

If you're seeing this video, it means your score was on the higher end of the Work Habit Check-In. First—I want to thank you for taking it. Just stopping long enough to reflect is a big deal. And honestly? Most high-performing professionals never do.

This score doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you.

What it means is this:
You’ve likely been operating under pressure for a long time. And the pace, the expectations—maybe even your own inner standards—have created habits that are starting to affect more than just your schedule. That pressure might look like long hours or mental exhaustion… but it often goes deeper.

So before we go any further, I want to encourage you to look back at your individual results.
If you haven’t already, feel free to pause this video and go pull them up now from your email.

See if you can spot your top 2 or 3 high scores. The ones you marked as “Often” or “Always true.”

Those aren’t just habits—they’re patterns. And those patterns are probably affecting more than you realize

Let me ask you gently:

  • Have you noticed your sleep is lighter—or harder to come by?
  • Do you ever feel snappier than you mean to be, especially with the people you care about?
  • Is it hard to shut your brain off—even when you planned to be resting?
  • Struggling to fully be present, even in the moments that matter most?
  • Are the things you used to enjoy—your relationships, your faith, your creativity—starting to feel distant?

I know it can feel uncomfortable to look closely at these things. These are often signs that stress has moved beyond your to-do list and into your body, your relationships, and even your spirit.

And I want to say something clearly:
This isn’t weakness. It’s a warning light.

It’s your body, your spirit, and your relationships waving a flag.
Not to shame you—but to invite you to finally exhale.

Most people in your shoes try to fix it by working harder, getting more organized, pushing through. That was my story too—for years.

But what I eventually learned, and what I now help others walk through, is that healing doesn’t start with doing more.

It starts with doing differently and remembering whose you are – even at work.

I want to acknowledge that some of the habits you scored highest in—like control, perfectionism, or overcommitment—can feel the hardest to shift. They’ve probably helped you get where you are. You’ve learned to survive by being highly capable.

But over time, those same habits can start to quietly cost you your peace, your presence, even your health.

Over the next few days, I’ll send you some short, practical emails to help you understand these patterns better. I’ll show you what they’re rooted in—and how to begin shifting them, gently and sustainably.

You don’t have to fix it all today. But you do need to see it clearly.

You don’t have to overhaul your life.
But you do need a new rhythm—one that honors your values and your limits.

That’s what I help my clients do. Through faith-centered coaching and a grace-based habit model, we create simple shifts that lead to real peace and presence—not just productivity.

And no, this isn’t about stepping away from your work or ambition. It’s about being more whole and grounded in it.

If something in you is saying, “This pace at work isn’t sustainable,” you’re right.

But there is a better way forward—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

This could be your turning point. But only if you act on it.

I invite you to book a Peace & Focus Starter Session with me. There’s no pressure. No pitch. Just a conversation about where you are, what’s weighing on you, and what a path toward sustainable change might look like.

(A visual CTA at 2 moments: once when you first mention the session)

Or if you’re not ready for that yet, feel free to explore the resources I’ve linked—like Chained to the Desk or Workaholics Anonymous. These have helped me on my journey of stress recovery and many many others.

But if something in you already knows… “This is too much. I can’t keep living this way.”—then don’t ignore that nudge.

Jesus said, “Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

That rest isn’t just for your body—it’s for your heart, your mind, your spirit. You don’t have to carry this all on your own. And you’ve carried this weight long enough.

This isn’t about giving up—it’s about choosing rest before your body forces it.
Take a breath. You’ve already taken the first step. You don’t have to figure it all out today. You’re just ready to rebuild something stronger—on your terms, in your time.

 I’m here when you’re ready.
