Bible verse to inspire stress relief, food freedom, health & wellness
This is what the Lord Almighty says: “These people say, ‘The time has not yet come to rebuild the Lord’s house.’”
Then the word of the Lord came through the prophet Haggai: “Is it a time for you yourselves to be living in your paneled houses, while this house remains a ruin?”
Now this is what the Lord Almighty says: “Give careful thought to your ways. You have planted much, but harvested little. You eat, but never have enough. You drink, but never have your fill. You put on clothes, but are not warm. You earn wages, only to put them in a purse with holes in it.”
Exhausted, Worn Down from Doing Too Much & Feeling Not Enough?
Focused on work and serving others, somewhere along the way you have neglected self-care and now find yourself exhausted and unable to do as a much as you have committed yourself to. When drained and depleted, people generally focus on self. People find themselves doing the minimum needed to get by and not on the purpose God has for them, glorifying God in our words and actions. Is it time to focus on rebuilding your physical, mental and spiritual health so that you can fully show up as the Holy Spirit encourages you to? Boost energy naturally and rebuild your temple so you can be renewed with vibrant energy, zest, joy and happiness.

My hope for you...
While we are in this world, God wants us to be healthy and happy so we can glorify Him. He has a purpose for all of us, yet gives us free will to choose. Within the modern world and with the challenges we face from opposing forces, it is too easy to allow our health to deteriorate by making choices that create separation from Him and the lifestyle He intended for us. Awareness, actions and prayers are needed to boost energy naturally and reduce stress, anxiety or worry.
I hope that these words (or what you experience through doing this as a journaling exercise) can serve to inspire and energize changes in lifestyle and food choices. You deserve to have flourishing health to be able to serve God, Family & Country.
If you are feeling a significant disruption of thoughts, moods, behaviors, or ability to relate to others and it is consistently impacting multiple areas of your life, I encourage you to seek treatment or intervention. There are resources and Christian counselors that can help.
