Bible verse to inspire stress relief, food freedom, health & wellness
“Pay attention, Job, and listen to me; be silent, and I will speak. If you have anything to say, answer me; speak up, for I want to vindicate you. But if not, then listen to me; be silent, and I will teach you wisdom.”
A few thoughts...
Did you ever notice that LISTEN & SILENT have the same letters in them? Hmm...
In this loud, crazy, topsy turvy world we definitely need more of both.
With crazy, hectic schedules, constant demands and whirling thoughts, there is so much distraction. The bass drum rhythm of modern living regularly beating into us - MORE, MORE, MORE - keeps us striving. Limiting beliefs and negative thoughts are like headphones, amplifying them so we can't hear the truth.
All this noise, keeps us separated from God, as it is hard to hear the whispering voice of Holy Spirit guiding us to next right action.
God knows about the strain and pressure of the burdens you carrry for work. He knows what is the most important for work and in life. When you can quiet the noise, you can also hear what is NOT for you to do. Along with the insight and perspective and strength to avoid taking on excessive commitments. You can hear when you need to slow down and not be too hasty.
