How do you improve work-life balance when you have no time or energy?

Change begins with investing a few seconds at a time in developing tiny habits and leaning into your true identity.

Guide & Worksheets:

Tiny habits lead to remarkable results.

With this guide, learn to design and implement a few small behavior changes each day. Training and practice at designing, building and maintaining tiny habits leads to transformation. Empower yourself with small wins to:

  • reclaim your time from work,
  • restore your energy,
  • reduce stress and improve work-life harmony.

In time, you will thrive and flourish as God intends.

Imagine what freeing up from work almost 350 hours in the next year would mean for your work-life harmony & stress!

If you start with re-claiming 3 minutes per day from work and use these principles to slowly increase it 3 minutes more each week, by the end of the year you will have reduced your working day by up to 2.5 hours! This frees up over 14 more days to with loved ones, resting or enjoying yourself.

This guide and set of worksheets is a structured framework for habit building. This is a simple & straight forward approach to design & implement whatever habits you believe will help you to reduce stress and improve work-life balance the most. A few suggestions is to apply it to redesign work habits, deeepen relationship interactions, or adopt healthy living / clean eating habits.

When you request the worksheet on how to successfully design and implement tiny habits, you will be signed up for my newsletter. I'll share content related to stresss recovery including work habits, positive coping skills, healthy living & clean eating habits, and adopting a more grace-filled relationship with work. Have the support you need to reduce stress and improve work-life harmony.

I have been where you are. At one point I was working 70-80 hour work weeks. Stressed, at times I felt like I carried the weight of the division's biggest problems directly on my shoulders. I had no time or energy for anything outside of work and was always preoccupied with work, even as I spent a relaxing evening with my sweetie.

After a stress-related health crisis, I realized that change was needed to get a sane work-life balance (and to ensure I didn't prematurely kill myself with a heart attack). Stress recovery is a journey. Through small changes rooted in my faith, I was able to effectively manage stress, get off the blood pressure meds and find work-life balance while still enjoying career success. What I learned, benefits you so you'll have fewer bumps and bruises from stumbling along the way.

Besides my own experiences with clients and my life, this habit building guide is based on these evidence based practices and Christian perspectives. This approach works whether you are strong in your Christian faith, a kinda, sorta Christian that doesn't attend church or believe more generally in Christ consciousness as part of your spiritual framework.

I read and studied these books, so you don't have to. 🙂
